Okie enough of this lets talk about NAPFA. Wa.. I was so regreted just now that I got a B for my pull-up. I do only 8 pull-ups and I stop as I though 8 was already A. Sadly to say I didn't see the chart carefully and its says above 8. So wana retest. But what the f*** after Chingyuk's turn came another batch and make some of us cannot retest! Anyway kinda cool off liao as I might get gold. Got A for sit-up, C for sit & reach, B for standing broad jump, B for pull-up and A for shuttle run. The total score was like reach 21? Hais at least I don't want to take silver like last year.

Now hoping to get A for 2.4km run or else I throw the dragonboaters face yeah? HAHA.
